If you feel that a product you received is damaged or defective, please
contact us with your order number, the product(s) affected, and a description of the issue(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. Our team would be more than happy to assist you with your issue.
We do not offer refunds. Orders cancelled before production has begun, are subject to a restocking fee of 5%.
