This charming piece of art is handmade with love in the mountains of beautiful British Columbia, using real pressed maple leaves. Each leaf is harvested at its peak to ensure the highest of quality. They are then pressed in a traditional flower press. The leaves are colour enhanced by hand to protect them from fading and then each botanical is carefully selected and artfully arranged onto handmade papers.

Finish

• Once sanded to an ultra smooth finish, a number of layers of epoxy art are applied for a realistic and three-dimensional lake effect.
• There may be slight differences in the wood or epoxy artwork from the images shown, as every board is unique and individually made.

Care

• Wash the surface lightly with a soft, damp cloth. Use warm water and a diluted, mild dish detergent. Pat dry and let the piece air dry.
• Never submerge any of your wood pieces in water. 
• For best results, apply a thin layer of wood butter before and after food use.
• These pieces are meant for display and serving, and are not intended to be used as cutting boards. While you can cut on the wood, we do not recommend cutting on the artwork feature as cutting on the epoxy will cause your knives to dull and will scratch the art detail.
• All serving pieces are safe for direct food contact, however, are not suitable for hot foods.

• Reclaimed black walnut clock finished with a multi-layer epoxy lake effect

• Contains a solid steel ring that has been powder-coated in satin black paint

Finish

• Once sanded to an ultra smooth finish, a number of layers of epoxy art are applied for a realistic and three-dimensional lake effect.
• There may be slight differences in the wood or epoxy artwork from the images shown, as every board is unique and individually made.

Care

• Wash the surface lightly with a soft, damp cloth. Use warm water and a diluted, mild dish detergent. Pat dry and let the piece air dry.
• Never submerge any of your wood pieces in water.

This charming piece of art is handmade with love in the mountains of beautiful British Columbia, using real pressed Pansy flowers. Did you know that the Pansy flower signifies "Thoughts of You" in the historical language of Floriography? 

Each flower is harvested at its peak to ensure the highest of quality. They are then pressed in a traditional flower press. The flowers are colour enhanced by hand to protect them from fading and then each botanical is carefully selected and artfully arranged onto handmade papers.

Candle Care & Burning Instructions

First Time Lighting your Candle:

• No need to trim the wick before the first burn.
• Allow your candle to burn for 2–4 hours or until the melted wax reaches the outer edges of the container to ensure an even burn and prevent tunneling.

Re-lighting your candle: 

• Before each burn, gently pinch away excess charred wick, leaving about ¼ inch for an optimal flame.
• Burn in a well-ventilated area while avoiding drafts to ensure an even and steady burn.
• Do not burn longer than the recommended time, as this can become a fire hazard.

While Burning:

• Never leave a candle unattended.
• Discontinue use when ½ inch of wax remains to prevent overheating of the container.
